Meet your host

Hi, I'm Mandy. I am a risk-taker who loves to journey down the road less travelled. I am also wife to Digby and mother of 4 lively homeschooled kids. You will find my accent a blend of my South African roots and Australian twang.

Following on from my own recovery from mental health issues and resistance to parenting, I now use my signature strategies as a coach and health educator to help overwhelmed women come out from behind their kids to reclaim and reestablish who they are.

The solutions I offer are simple, ones that build trust in the design and the Designer of humans and their ultimate core purpose of living out love and gratitude.

My areas of expertise are constantly growing, currently, through years of training and practise, I can teach you about home remedies, homeschooling, depression recovery, and personal identity.

I believe every life is one of purpose and potential, and that it all starts with discovering who and Whose you truly are.

I love simple, practical steps that bring results FAST! Mothers don't have time to muddle around with solutions that MIGHT help, they need answers that are quick and effective ASAP.
